If You Do Not Receive the Payment Instruction Email
Payment instruction emails are sent from the “@komoju.com” domain
If the email is not delivered, please ensure that domain-based filtering or rejection settings are disabled, or instruct the customer to add “@komoju.com” to their allowed sender list.
Note: If emails from “@komoju.com” are blocked, essential payment-related emails may not be received.
In addition, emails may not be delivered correctly if any of the following settings are enabled:
- Restrictions on emails containing URLs
- Blocking of emails sent from computers
- Strict anti-spoofing or anti-spam settings
- Active domain-based acceptance or rejection filters
Depending on the PC, mobile phone, or smartphone used,
some of these settings may be enabled by default.
Important Notes for Gmail Users
When using Gmail (Google), incoming messages are frequently sorted into folders other than the Primary inbox.
Please advise customers to check the following folders as well:
- “All Mail”
- “Promotions” tab
- “Social” tab
- “Spam” folder
Important: Due to Gmail’s automatic filtering, essential payment-related emails are frequently overlooked or buried.
Additionally, please confirm whether the mailbox is full, as exceeding storage capacity may prevent new emails from being received.
